Adaptive fitness services can help if you are recovering from injury or illness, living with a disability or looking to improve overall health and wellness. Personal training services are also available. Pool (aquatic) classes and services are available in physically accessible, warm-water swimming pools at 92 degrees Fahrenheit, where a certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Land-based fitness classes and services are available in our adaptive fitness centers and community fitness studio.

If you have completed an assessment and orientation, you can also participate in independent therapeutic exercise and independent fitness center times, where you can work out independently in our supervised facilities.

The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, interns and staff is our priority. Before deciding to return to play, it is important to consider your personal and family health circumstances.

How to participate in classes/services:

1. Contact us to set up an assessment and orientation. These are required for all new pool and fitness center participants.
2. Sign mandatory PARTICIPATION FORMS & WAIVERS.

Program fees and time schedules vary by location, please check the program catalog below for accurate information. 

Financial limitations or barriers will not prevent participation in our programs. We offer a scholarship cost share program and Cost Share/Scholarship Application is available upon request.

Pools have locker rooms for showering or changing. If you require assistance in the locker room or in the pool, you will need to bring your own attendant. A separate family locker room is available for you and your attendant. You will need your own padlock, swimsuit and towel.
