Deep Water Training, Golden Valley

Deepwater offers you a non-impact, challenging exercise class which reduces your risk of injury and discomfort. It meets Fridays from 9-10 a.m. at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute - Golden Valley.

You will use flotation devices. The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
