Designed for individuals with fibromyalgia or similar conditions, this gentle aquatic class offers a self-paced blend of stretching, strengthening, endurance training, and relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels, Fibro-cise combines low-impact cardio with Whole Body Conditioning to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote overall well-being in a supportive and soothing water environment. This class is offered at both Golden Valley and Stillwater locations.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
