If you have fibromyalgia or a similar medical condition, Fibro-cise offers self-paced stretching, strengthening, endurance training and relaxation.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
