Aqua Core

Aqua Core is a challenging and fun pool class that focuses on strengthening your core – your stomach, back and shoulder muscles. You will use flotation devices and ankle weights in warm water to develop your entire core.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
