About our pool classes

Our pools’ water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing. Participants must provide their own padlock, swimsuit and towel.

Conditions treated

Exercising in a warm-water pool is good for treating a number of physical conditions, such as chronic pain, back pain and rehabbing after surgery or injury. Check with your doctor to make sure this type of exercise is appropriate for your specific needs.

The Classes are good for preventing

Secondary health conditions which can make your disability or medical condition worse and promote long-term wellness.
