Accommodating your needs

When you want to work out at your own pace, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute offers a range of pool and fitness classes to meet your unique abilities. Whether it’s swimming and exercising in our warm-water pool or exercising in our accessible fitness centers, we can accommodate your needs.

Independent aquatic and fitness services at Allina Health

An assessment/orientation is required if you wish to use our pools and fitness centers.

Warm water pools are located in Golden Valley, Minneapolis and Stillwater. Water temperature is kept at a  comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing. You must provide your own padlock, swimsuit and towel.

Our fitness centers offer a variety of accessible equipment that feature swing away seats, specialized grips and wheelchair access.

If you require help in the locker room or in the pool you must provide your own assistance. A separate family locker room is available.

Allina Health Everyday Clinic

This is a retail clinic location. We offer basic services for minor injuries and illnesses for patients 18 months and older. We do not see visits for workers' or injury compensation.

Everyday On Wheels

Everyday On Wheels mobile clinic is not wheel chair accessible due to the size of the vehicle. Patients should be able to safely climb a short set of stairs to enter the mobile clinic.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and have your mobile phone available for the provider to contact you when they are ready to see you.
