Also known as our Stay Fit program.
Stay Fit, one-to-one class, offers supervised exercise options—on land, in water, or with specialized equipment—to help individuals maintain strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Each program is tailored to support different levels of ability and independence in a safe, encouraging environment. When you register for Stay Fit a fitness specialist or therapist will supervise and direct your workout and exercise program and cater it to your individual needs.

About our one-to-one pool and fitness classes
Stay Fit offers supervised exercise options—on land, in water, or with specialized equipment—to help individuals maintain strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Each program is tailored to support different levels of ability and independence in a safe, encouraging environment.
Stay Fit Aquatics
A supervised aquatic exercise program in a warm-water pool, focusing on balance, stretching, range of motion, strengthening, coordination, cardio/endurance, and water adjustment skills. Designed for individuals who can self-direct their program and need less than 50% assistance. By appointment only.
Stay Fit FES Bike
For individuals incorporating Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) cycling into their fitness routine. This 60-minute, once-weekly session supports muscle activation and cardiovascular health through guided FES bike use.
Stay Fit Fitness
A land-based, supervised exercise program tailored to improve balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Great for those who want structured support while working toward their fitness goals.
Stay Fit MAX
A high-support directed exercise program led by specialty-trained staff or two Fitness Specialists. Ideal for individuals who benefit from more sensory cueing (including hands-on guidance) while pushing their physical limits in a safe, structured environment.
Conditions treated
Exercising in a warm-water pool is good for treating a number of physical conditions, such as chronic pain, back pain and rehabbing after surgery or injury. Check with your doctor to make sure this type of exercise is appropriate for your specific needs.
Good for preventing
Secondary health conditions which can make your disability or medical condition worse and promote long-term wellness.
