I enjoy many different specialties and I have a soft spot for pediatric care. It is my goal to help patients optimize their health and meet their wellness goals. I have professional interests in insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, acute care, pediatrics, women’s health and integrative medicine. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Practice philosophy: Treat every person as though they were my family.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: bed and breakfast owner because I love to cook and host people. B&Bs are also usually in great locations with a lot of fun things to do.
My patients have taught me: that each person has their own journey, level of tolerances and unique situation that does not fit into a mold. Therefore, their treatment plan should be tailored specifically for them and their situation.
The best thing I have done for my health: As a household we really cleaned up our eating to a mostly whole food eating style.
The best health advice I've received is: to start with being the healthiest person you can be in that moment and make simple goals that you build on.
I am most proud of: becoming a mother. Nothing has impacted my life more than having my daughter and sharing parenthood with my husband.
