Sleep studies are tests that evaluate your sleep. They are conducted to diagnosis conditions such as:

Insomnia and Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program
Behavioral sleep medicine, also known as sleep psychology assesses and treats insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders and other sleep problems. This includes difficulty using CPAP therapy for sleep apnea.
