I focus on building long-term relationships and improving overall health, with a particular emphasis on the vital role of sleep. My goal is to empower patients through education and preventive care for lasting well-being.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? I’d pursue journalism, with interior design as a creative hobby, blending storytelling and design.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a physician after my father, a firefighter, had a stroke. Witnessing his care inspired me to help others in vulnerable moments. That experience showed me the power of healthcare.
What is something you have learned from your patients? I've learned the importance of resilience. Each person's unique story and strength in facing health challenges has taught me to listen deeply and provide care that honors their journey.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? One challenge I enjoy in this career is solving complex health issues by understanding each patient’s unique needs. It’s rewarding to find tailored solutions that improve health and quality of life.
What is your personal health goal? My personal health goal is to maintain balance through regular exercise, and proper sleep.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I’ve done for my health is prioritizing sleep and a balanced routine. I focus on maintaining consistent habits in exercise, nutrition, and rest for lasting well-being.
What are you most proud of? I’m most proud of helping patients improve their well-being and sleep quality. Building long-term relationships and guiding them toward healthier lifestyles has a lasting impact, and seeing positive changes in their health motivates me daily.
What are a few of your personal achievements? My greatest achievement is balancing my career as a doctor while being a dedicated parent and spouse. Helping my patients and nurturing a healthy, supportive family brings me great fulfillment.
