What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about doing a good job. It's rewarding.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A teacher

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I was doing research in molecular biology and needed a graduate degree. I then discovered I really liked the practice of medicine during training.

What is something you have learned from your patients? Never assume, always listen.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Meeting many new people every day and working with great colleagues. People are the best part.

What is your personal health goal? Stay active.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Walk more. Stay busy.

What are you most proud of? My training and experience and being able to use it for other people.

What are a few of your personal achievements? I'm a mom. I like to redesign and help remodel old houses. I take care of my family and my pets. I trained in Sleep Medicine after I graduated, and it's been rewarding too.
