Something I have learned from my patients is: Trust and listening is the most important part of a relationship between a pharmacist and patient to be able to work to towards the best medication plan for that patient.
The best thing I’ve done for my health is: Taking time for self-care to relief stress and focus on eating more fruits and vegetables.
