Erin Erickson, CNP is a board-certified family and women’s health nurse practitioner who specializes in integrative and functional medicine at Allina Health Champlin Clinic.

Practice Philosophy: I believe in a personalized approach to health and well-being. I partner with people and listen deeply to explore the root causes of their symptoms and create plans for attaining optimal health and well-being using evidence-informed integrative and Western medicine approaches. I help people find safe treatment options for health concerns, including irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, depression, anxiety, stress, pain, headaches, autoimmune diseases, insomnia, fatigue, high cholesterol, diabetes, and overweight/obesity. I also enjoy helping people create wellness plans to prevent disease and optimize health. I am an advocate for using food as medicine and addressing the fundamentals of health, including stress, nutrition, physical activity, relationships, and spirituality.

What are you passionate about? And why? I am a lifelong learner and love exploring new fields and experiences. I especially love trying new things with my children & husband!
Something I have learned from my patients is: My patients have great insights into their own health and well-being. It is a gift to share in their story and observe their strengths and wisdom.
What are a few of your personal achievements? My mom and I started an evidence-based parenting podcast called Mom Enough® (momenough.com). We have done 500+ episodes and have reached people in 30 countries around the world.
