I am family doctor at Allina Health Brooklyn Park Clinic.  I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Practice philosophy: I am egalitarian. I like to partner with people, educating them about their health and assisting them in gaining wellness.

What are you passionate about? And why? I’m passionate helping people achieve better health so they can lead happier, healthier lives. 

If I wasn’t a provider, I would be: An Environmental Biologist.  I love nature and being outdoors. 

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I’ve always appreciated the sciences and being a physician allows me to directly help people improve their wellbeing.

Something I have learned from my patients is: Health is a  journey.  I help with navigation while they provide the propulsion.

One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why): Motivating people to make the necessary changes it takes to help improve their health and overall functional status.
