I am an internal medicine doctor and pediatrician, which enables me to care for children to senior adults. I am uniquely qualified to care for adolescents with complex and chronic conditions as they transition to adulthood. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I became a doctor because: I am fascinated by the workings of the human brain and body. I enjoy helping individuals understand their health and body.
A challenge I enjoy is: the variety of skills needed to care for newborns to elderly adults.
My personal achievement is: completing a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2019 and my two amazing children.
The best thing I've done for my health is: learning to listen to my body. I've had to learn that I feel better when I feed my body nourishing food, exercise daily and sleep regularly. This "boring self care" is critical to my life and well-being.
