I am a licensed social worker with professional interests in mood disorders, stress management, life transitions, interpersonal communication, grief and loss, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I see patients ages 16 and older, Monday and Tuesdays at the Cokato clinic, and Wednesdays at the Annandale clinic.

I'm passionate about empowering clients to become agents of change in their own lives by fostering the development of new skills and encouraging a shift in perspective when needed. I believe these tenets are fundamental to a healthy and prosperous life.
I became a provider to make a direct and positive impact in the lives of people in my community.
I knew this was the career for me when taking psychology courses in my undergraduate program and learning about this branch of the helping profession.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be an event planner because I love anything that challenges me to be social, creative, and organized all at once.
Practice philosophy: I believe in person-centered, solution-focused therapy where the client is challenged to increase their self-awareness while gaining the confidence and skills to improve their lives. You will be supported and validated throughout the change process, with
evidence-based practices used to gain new skills and build resiliency.
