We are a new family medical clinic located in the heart of Uptown, close to where you live, work, play and shop. With the right primary care doctors for you and your family, as well as urgent care onsite, we are your home base for health care. We provide a safe place and equal care to everyone.

Our family medical clinic is located on the second floor of Greenway Lakes Commons (formerly Calhoun Village). Parking is available onsite in the surface lot. We’re also close to area walking paths, bike routes and bus lines.
