Practice philosophy:: I work with your providers, educate about medications and conditions, and adjust medications to maximize their effect. I will take action to correct drug therapy problems and follow up to ensure a resolution. I combine clinical evidence and personal preference with the goal of empowering people to make informed decisions about their medications and about their health.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Stay-at-home mom
What is something you have learned from your patients? My patients are always teaching me new things! The world of pharmacy is constantly changing and patients sometimes hear about new things before I do. I learn with my patients if and when I need to.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I love teaching: working with students, residents, patients, and providers to further comprehend pharmacy concepts. It challenges me to understand things on a deeper level and allows me to give back.

What are you most proud of? My children - they learn so much so fast!
