Something I have learned from my patients is: The importance of the patient-doctor team! You must work together to create a treatment plan that is both effective but also realistic for each patient and their individual circumstances.
My personal health goal is: To run my third half marathon!
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? As the saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure – daily sunscreen and moisturizer use really do go a long way to keep the skin healthy and happy.
What are you most proud of? Keeping (the majority) of my many house plants alive through the Minnesota winters.
