What is your practice philosophy? I enjoy helping individuals gain insight to overcome obstacles in their life. I believe that through a strong therapeutic relationship with empathy, validation, honesty, and even humor, individuals are empowered to make changes to live a healthier and happier life.
What are you passionate about? And why? Self-care and self-compassion, these are vital to having a healthy life.

Something I have learned from my patients is: I am always learning from my clients! I have learned how courageous and resilient the human spirit is
My personal health goal is: To get back into a consistent routine of family walks, running and biking.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? To try to do something active each day. It is a great stress reliever!
What are a few of your personal achievements? Running my first marathon in 2016 and 2 since then. Trekking to see mountain gorillas in Rwanda.
