One of the challenges of this career I enjoy is: Medical knowledge is dynamic and it takes continuous work to keep up with the latest developments and understandings of the human body. I enjoy learning more about how systems are connected and we get the best results when we address body, mind, and spirit.
What is the best thing you've done for your health? I take the time to slow down at least once daily to remember what I am thankful for and show gratitude.
