Care providers at each of our locations (Eden Prairie, Edina, Minneapolis and Plymouth) are innovative, collaborative and focused on meeting your specific health care needs with the highest quality care.
Services at our Plymouth location include:
- Primary care for adults 18 years of age and older
- Same-day appointments for established patients
- Lab and imaging services
- Virtual or phone appointments with a provider
- Secure messaging with a provider through your Allina Health account
The clinic is part of Abbott Northwestern – WestHealth, conveniently located at I-494 and Highway 55 in Plymouth. WestHealth has ample free parking and complimentary valet services (valet services available Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
