ANGMA has cared for adults for more than 20 years. We specialize in adult primary care and treat chronic issues, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Care providers at each of our locations (Eden PrairieEdinaMinneapolis and Plymouth) are innovative, collaborative and focused on meeting your specific health care needs with the highest quality care.

We believe education is key to providing you with excellent care. Our ANGMA – Minneapolis location hosts a residency program with an outstanding care team that includes both medical residents and supervising staff physicians who are committed delivering the highest quality care. All residents work in a team with attending staff physicians.

Services at our Minneapolis location include:

  • Primary care for adults 18 years of age and older
  • Same-day appointments for established patients
  • Lab and imaging services
  • Virtual or phone appointments with a provider
  • Secure messaging with a provider through your Allina Health account

The clinic is located on the campus of Abbott Northwestern Hospital, at the corner of 28th Street and Chicago Avenue. There is free parking on-site, with easy access to the hospital via tunnel.
