What to expect from your fitness training

A fitness training consultation lasts about one hour and may include working with an exercise physiologist, fitness specialist or personal trainer. This expert will help you develop a regular fitness routine and define your goals.

  • energy level.

More about fitness training

This service is only for people who have stable health conditions. It is not conventional physical therapy services or acute cardiac rehabilitation.

You do not need a referral for this service. It is for people of all abilities.
