I am a board-certified family medicine physician with professional interests in pediatrics, geriatrics, prevention, office procedures, and diabetes. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Practice philosophy: Primary care and prevention are important parts of good health. Working in partnership with my patients, I provide options for treating and preventing illness to promote better health and well being.

My patients have taught me: the importance of lifestyle choices, especially keeping active physically and mentally.
One challenge of this career that I enjoy is: that family medicine requires a wide range of skills and knowledge. Continually learning and adapting skills to better the health of patients is enjoyable and keeps things interesting.
The best thing I have done for my health is: yoga. It has improved my physical strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
I am most proud of: watching my three children mature into adults.
A few of my personal achievements include: learning Spanish from my patients and helping to improve access to health care services for immigrants at my previous clinic. I also participated and led an elementary school program called 'Partners in Art' for 20 years. It was a great opportunity for parents to teach their children in the classroom and increase early exposure to Art.
