Numetra has three phases:

Replacement meals and more. Purchase meal replacement products through the online Allina Health e-store. You are also strongly encouraged to attend our free educational classes.

To enroll, complete the health history form. The Weight Management staff will review your form that includes your medical, surgical and weight history, and call you to schedule an appointment.
