Whether you’re new to exercising or have an established fitness routine, undergoing a body composition analysis can help you tailor a diet and exercise program to achieve your personal right size.
We use a variety of tests, including the skin fold caliper method and state-of-the-art Bod Pod technology to find out your body’s ratio of muscle and fat.
What to expect
An exercise physiologist will conduct a few tests, give you the results and make recommendations for ideal body composition goals.
