Hometown: Cleveland Heights, OH
Best part of my work: Seeing a patient make positive changes in their lives to improve their health.
Why I became a physician: To work with the entire family to improve health, both physically & emotionally.
What I tell my friends and family: Exercise regularly and eat a red or green vegetables with every meal.
How I spend my free time: I enjoy spending time with my family at the cabin, cooking new foods and traveling.
What patients say about me: I often hear that I have a calm, soothing manner, listen well and explain things so they are easily understood.
Favorite health tip: Exercise is absolutely amazing! It helps prevent or improve most everything from cancer, heart disease, depression, arthritis and more.
Practice philosophy: I feel strongly that the physician-patient relationship is more of a partnership with a goal of healthy living.
