Why I became a provider: I worked at a nursing home in high school and enjoyed helping patients in their recovery and helping them to achieve the best health possible.
What I tell my friends and family: Listen to your body and be your own health advocate. Never be afraid to speak up and ask questions if you don't understand or are not comfortable.
How I spend my free time: Spending time with family, cooking and trying new recipes.
What patients say about me: I'm often told that I take the time to make sure I understand my patient's concerns and to explain things to my patients so that they know the next step.
Favorite health tip: Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. It helps promote weight loss, improve organ function and clear skin.
Practice philosophy: I enjoy seeing all aspects of health care, including children, preventive care and chronic disease. My passion is getting to know my patients and their families and treating the actual person, not just the disease.
