What are you passionate about and why? By taking a holistic approach to care, I aim to empower my patients to take an active role in their own health and well-being.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Perhaps I would be working in education, social services, or even volunteering for a non-profit.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I was initially drawn to the healthcare field because of the opportunity to make a tangible difference in health and well-being.
What is something you have learned from your patients? From my patients, I have learned the importance of empathy and active listening. I have also learned about the resilience and strength of the human spirit, which has been truly inspiring.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I enjoy the challenge of working with patients who have complex medical conditions. Overcoming these challenges and providing the best possible care is fulfilling and rewarding.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? One of the best things I've done for my health is to incorporate regular exercise into my routine. It has not only improved my physical health but also my mental wellbeing.
What are you most proud of? When I reflect on my accomplishments, one thing that I'm most proud of is my ability to overcome challenges and persevere through difficult situations.
What are a few of your personal achievements Some of my personal achievements include volunteering in my community and giving back to those in need. I am proud of my personal growth and development including becoming more self-aware and mindful.
