What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I have done for my health is to find ways to stay active and get stronger which I truly enjoy and can consistently incorporate into my routine.
What are you most proud of? I am proud that I am able to connect with Spanish-speakers after years of studying the language as well as studying abroad in Guatemala and Peru.
What are a few of your personal achievements? In my gap year before grad school, I drove the Wienermobile around the country as a "Hotdogger" for Oscar Mayer. This was a dream of mine for many years, and was a great way to spread miles of smiles!
