Practice philosophy: My practice philosophy is to treat each patient as an individual, taking into account physical, mental, and emotional aspects. I vow to help others in their vulnerable states and will provide each patient with the most efficient way to return to their healthy and active lifestyles. I believe in addressing not only the immediate health issues at hand, but also focusing on preventative care, health promotion, and long-term well-being.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about helping others and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices to improve overall health and wellbeing. I have an interest in teaching others about making healthy choices, creating good habits, and stressing the importance of continued movement and exercise as we age.
What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned to listen intently, acknowledge each patient's individual experiences and perspectives, and apply cultural humility in my daily interactions with patients.
What is your personal health goal? To eat well, move my body regularly, spend quality time with loved ones, and to get adequate sleep.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Proactive ways to manage your stress. Go for a walk, hit the gym, cook yourself a meal, spend time with loved ones, or read a good book. Mental wellbeing is paramount in feeling your best self.
