Practice philosophy: I take an honest, non-judgmental, and curious approach to therapy. I believe each patient should be heard and understood. I also feel patients are the best expert of themselves and I strive to assist patients in improving their quality of life by creating strategies for management of mental health concerns.
What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about providing quality therapy experiences where each patient has a person-centered treatment plan. Mental health, disabilities, and chronic pain can often be misunderstood and hidden. I strive to understand each patient's relationship with their symptoms that impact their lives.
What are you most proud of? I am proud that I served in the Army from 2004-2008 as a tank crewman. Additionally, I am proud to be the co-author of a book my spouse and I wrote titled End Your Covert Mission: A Veterans Guide to Fighting Pain and Addiction.
