I am a board-certified pediatrics and internal medicine physician with professional interests in preventive medicine, women's health, newborn and well child care, diabetes, hypertension and mental health. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Practice philosophy: I strive to work together with my patients to develop a health plan that meets their goals and to help them to live a healthier and happier life. I enjoy taking care of people in all stages of life from newborns to older adults and look forward to developing a long-term partnership with my patients and their families.
My patients have taught me: that they each have different life experiences that shape their health and it is important to listen carefully to their story to help each patient develop a treatment plan that will work for them.
One challenge of this medicine that I enjoy is: that it is always changing. This always me to keep learning new things each day.
My personal health goal is: to start running again on a regular basis.
The best thing I have done for my health is: I started growing my own vegetables. The kids love being a part of each step of the process and our family eats many more vegetables and unprocessed foods than ever before.
A personal achievement of mine is: running a half marathon.
