What I am passionate about: As a nurse practitioner, I am passionate about educating patients about their health and helping them make informed decisions. I am passionate about helping people understand the mind body connection and how our mental health affects our physical health; I believe knowledge is power.
I am also passionate about raising my kids to always know they are valued and loved for who they are.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Prioritize good sleep, stay active, listen to your body, it is ok to rest, never underestimate what a walk outside can do to rejuvenate the mind and body.
What I am most proud of: The love and pride I have for my family is beyond measure. I am proud of achieving my advanced practice degree while being a working mom and having young children.
