I am a board-certified pediatrician with professional interests in well-child exams and development, mental health, growth delay and special needs. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I am passionate about: spending time with the ones I love. It gives me great joy! I love baking, doing arts/crafts, and playing games with my kids. I enjoy having cabin fun with my family, playing volleyball, traveling with friends, yoga and reading “fluff” novels on my own.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be: a hair dresser. I love playing with hair and creating pretty up-dos - and my daughter never lets me do her hair!
I wanted to become a doctor: since I was 5 years old, like my "Grandpa Doc". I absolutely love medicine and interacting with children. It is fantastic to be able to combine those two passions in a place where "work" feels more like "play"! It is so much fun to be the "coach" for the parents and kids, sharing in both the good and bad moments, and growing and learning along with the families.
Something I have learned from my patients is: never stop learning, and always expect the unexpected.
The best thing I have done for my health is: address my own stress and make time for ME. I'm a better mommy, doctor and friend for others when I remember to take care of myself first.
My personal health goal is: to stop ignoring my alarm clock and getting up to exercise.
