Doctors of osteopathic medicine (DO) are fully trained and licensed physicians who practice in all areas of medicine. The major difference between osteopathic and allopathic physicians is that some osteopathic physicians provide manual medicine therapies, such as spinal manipulation or massage therapy, as part of their treatment. Osteopathic physicians focus on prevention and strive to help you be truly healthy in mind, body and spirit. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

I'm passionate about: exercise, nutrition and maintaining work-life balance. I strongly believe in the interactions between mind and body.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be: an educator. I love to teach and hope to make a positive impact on those around me.
A few of my favorite things to do are: Gardening, baking, crafting, bike rides and walks with my family and traveling.
I knew I wanted to become a doctor: in middle school. My grandmother passed away in a car accident, and I knew I wanted to help prevent others from experiencing the loss I felt.
Something I've learned from my patients is: that working as a team with patients is the best path to success.
One of the challenges of my career that I enjoy is: that it's constantly changing and we are continuously learning.
My personal health goal is: to teach my children to enjoy an active lifestyle.
I am most proud of: becoming a mother to our fun, happy children, and becoming the first physician in my family. <
