I became a provider because: I first felt called to improve the care of older adults while shadowing a hospitalist during medical school. I witnessed how geriatrics and palliative care expertise could vastly improve care and quality of life for hospitalized elders.

If I wasn't a provider I would be: a scientist, because I love learning new things.
