I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I’m passionate about: reading because I believe in lifelong learning and imagination.
Most people don’t know I’m: a Padi certified scuba diver and have logged over 200 dives.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: counselor. I’m an empathetic listener and I believe people have the power to change and grow.
I became a family nurse practitioner because: I love to provide education to my patients. I see how combining education with my care has an impact, and can translate over many generations.
My hero is: my mom. She is generous, selfless and giving; and an awesome grandma.
Something I’ve learned from my patients is: to be empathetic and consider the uniqueness of each patient and family.
A challenge of my career that I enjoy is: guiding patients to see and embrace changes that may be difficult, but will benefit their health in the long run. Seeing the “a-ha” moments motivates me.
My personal health goal is: to master level three Pilates.
My personal health challenge is: making priority to have dinner as a family and avoid meals on the run.
