Practice philosophy: Treat your patients how you would want someone to treat your family member. Pause and remember this is not "just another patient," this is someone who's life you can have a positive impact on.

What are you passionate about and why? I'm passionate about connecting with my patients and tailoring care to the individual as much as possible. I'm passionate about kids given they are intrinsically a vulnerable population, and quality improvement because I love making our systems better for both patients, nurses and physicians.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A personal trainer.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a provider in 2020. I knew I wanted to be a doctor when i was in middle school after I broke my arm and became fascinated with anesthesia and the human body.

What is something you have learned from your patients? To talk less and listen more.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I always appreciate a diagnostic dilemma and working through challenging cases. It reminds us not everything presents in the same way and requires out of the box thinking.

What is your personal health goal? To feel good and have energy as well as continue to be able to play volleyball.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? The best thing I've done is incorporate physical activity into my every day routine, as well as trying for a plant based diet.

What are you most proud of? Being a first generation college student, I am just proud to of made it this far in my education.
