What are you passionate about and why? I love helping patients get the most out of life, starting with improving their sleep. If you sleep better, so many aspects of life can get better as well.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Probably an engineer, because I've always been fascinated by how things work.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Don't wait for other people to tell you how to improve your health. Take charge of your health by looking at your habits and their consequences, and make positive efforts to change.
What are a few of your personal achievements? I have run multiple 5ks, 10ks, 10-mile races, and one half marathon.
