Practice philosophy: I try to be there for my patients through their labor. We develop a plan for labor at every step of the way.

What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about helping women with all their care throughout their pregnancies. We make patient centered decisions together as a team.

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Flower salesman

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I knew that gynecology was for me when I realized how much well-rounded care we can give as surgeons and clinicians.

What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned how to change my practice, to best be a provider for my patients, from my patients

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I enjoy many challenges in OBGYN including complex stage 4 endometriosis, robotic surgery, complex cesareans, high risk OB care and the full spectrum of OBGYN!

What is your personal health goal? Be there with my patients.

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Focus on well-rounded care and take everything day by day.

What are you most proud of? I am most proud that my patients are satisfied with their care. Their accolades and admonitions are the feedback that matters most to me.

What are a few of your personal achievements? I learned to scuba dive at 40! I love to read and garden and hang out at my home. I have traveled all over and spent a lot of time learning to do what I love.
