What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about delivering the highest level of professional care to patients and I do this by staying on top of new information and evidence-based practice guidelines.
If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? Marine Biologist or Meteorologist.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became a provider in order to share information and help patients make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness.
What is something you have learned from your patients? Attitude is everything!
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? New and evolving science is an omnipresent aspect of this career and it challenges me to keep my knowledge, skills and understanding sharp; which I enjoy!
What is your personal health goal? Run Grandma's half marathon in Duluth in 2023.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Start a yoga practice.
What are you most proud of? Being a mom.
