Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I chose OB/GYN because I enjoy delivering babies. Regardless of the day or time, it never gets old. I also enjoy the variety of patients and procedures.
What is something you have learned from your patients? I've learned different types of treatments from speaking with patients.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I enjoy the constant evaluation of medical knowledge and surgical techniques because it's very stimulating to continue to learn.
What is your personal health goal? To age well.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Exercise and diet. The best advise that I've received regarding health is "There is no exercise regimen intense enough to make up for a poor diet."
