I became a provider to: positively impact other people's lives and help improve their health. I decided to become a nurse practitioner in high school. Both my mom and my sisters are nurse practitioners and I was instantly drawn to this career.
I'm most proud of: following my mother and sister to become a nurse practitioner.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is: educating patients about their health regimen.
Something I've learned from my patients is: that each person is unique and has their individual story to tell.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: veterinarian because I love animals, and becoming a vet was my childhood dream.
My personal health goal is: to run my second half marathon (first one was in 2013).
The best thing I've done for my health is: to alternate running with strength training.
