What I tell my friends and family: Get enough sleep (8+ hours), eat well, exercise daily, read daily and remember that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
How I spend my free time: Playing with my kids, odd jobs around the house, traveling, walking and biking along Minnehaha Parkway, playing golf with family and friends, tinkering.
