Molly Ladwig, DNP

I am a Team Care Provider (TCP) and help cover appointments, online messages and calls as an extension of your care team. I work with Dr. Chris Armstrong, Dr. Jack Beaird, Dr. Emma Duncanson, Dr. Ramsey Peterson, Dr. Anne Scherman, and Dr. Sam Spears, and am able to help when your primary care provider does not have availability. While patients are unable to establish regular care with me, I diagnose, treat and manage various health conditions, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications and provide patient education and counseling, keeping your provider informed along the way. ​

If you weren't a health care provider, what would you be? A lawyer.

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I have always known I wanted a career that focused on helping others and challenging myself. This is what lead me to pursue becoming a health care provider.

What is something you have learned from your patients? The importance of adapting health care plans to fit the need of each specific patient and that care plans are not one size fits all.

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? No two days are ever the same. You never know what you’re going to run into, which keeps things challenging and exciting.

What is your personal health goal? To prioritize healthy sleep habits and mental health. 

What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? Joining a gym that offers group fitness classes. This offers a support system and encourages participation and makes moving my body more fun.

What are a few of your personal achievements? Graduating from Marquette University and Metropolitan State University with Magna Cum Laude honors.
