I am a family physician assistant with professional interests in women’s health, orthopedics, preventive medicine, office procedures, joint injections, physicals and sports injuries. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
I’m passionate about: new adventures and personal growth.
Something I have learned from my patients is: they are brave and resilient. What providers do, matters, and if we listen, educate and collaborate together, we can achieve positive outcomes.
My personal health goal is: to participate in a different race each year. My completed races include 5 and 10Ks, half marathon and half ironman, trail runs, Mudman and Spartan race.
The best things I do for my health are: attending church, surrounding myself with good people, running races, exercising daily, eating healthy, thinking positive and expressing gratitude.
I’m most proud of: my family and children. My parents raised me with integrity, love, support and faith. My kids have taught me to love unconditionally, be more patient, laugh and strive to be better each day.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: hiking guide. I enjoy the fresh air, and the sounds and smells of nature. Hiking improves strength, balance, endurance, and improves mental health.
A few of my personal achievements include: volunteering, mission trips, and starting and continuing Tri 4 Your Cure, a nonprofit organization to help melanoma cancer patients pay for non-medical expenses.
