I am a board-certified family medicine physician with professional interests in preventive care, like complete physicals and well-child visits, diabetes management and office procedures like skin biopsies and ingrown toenail treatment. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
The best part of my work is: taking care of families, because during a routine physical or well-child visit, I can ask how siblings, parents, grandchildren or even grandparents are doing! Plus, I enjoy seeing patients make progress on their health goals.
My favorite health tip: You cannot exercise your way out of a bad diet. Leave the junk food, especially soda and chips, at the store.
I spend my free time: exercising (at least 30 minutes every day), going to my four children's activities, volunteering at church and drinking a good cup of coffee when I have a chance to sit down.
