I am a board-certified family medicine physician with professional interests in preventive care, prenatal care, women's health, child and adolescent medicine, and diabetes. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.

Practice philosophy: I try to meet people where they are so we can work together for overall health and well-being. Trust and communication are the most important.
If I wasn't a physician, I would be a: dog trainer/walker or doggie daycare provider because I love animals and think it would be fun to be around them all day.
My patients have taught me: that every patient has their own story, and the best thing I can do is listen to it. Sometimes that’s all someone needs.
I knew I wanted to be in medicine: since middle school, volunteering at clinics in high school and college solidified that calling. I became a provider so I could make an impact to improve peoples’ lives and help them be healthy.
My personal health goal is: to walk two miles per day and start a weight-training program.
I am most proud of: becoming a godmother to my nephew in 2018!
